Michael Parchaiski

Michael Parchaiski is a bassist, percussionist, and composer in Southern California. With over 13 years of performance experience, Michael has performed with many ensembles across the country, including an appearance at Carnegie Hall. He has performed with many other musicians around the country including Ernie Watts and Mike Tomaro. In addition to performing, Michael also teaches bass, percussion, and music theory. He has also received awards such as the KKJZ Jazz Scholarship from California State University, Long Beach, as well as multiple Downbeat Student Music Awards with various ensembles at CSU Long Beach including the Concert Jazz Orchestra, Pacific Standard Time, and Jazz & Tonic.
